What shipping methods are available?

The shipping methods we provide are:

We will offer the best and fastest shipment offered by our merchants.

 

How long will it take to get my package?

Mixory partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you with the most interesting and quality products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as the United States, Italy, Thailand, Tibet, China, India, Australia, Greenland, etc. via our partnership with USPS.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it’s on its way (please email us for tracking)

 

your product will ship within one to five days of placing your order, and then take 10 to 20 days to reach your doorstep.

We offer international shipping options too – no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

 

How do I track my order?

When we process your order and it is shipped we will send you the tracking code that you can use to see where your order is. To use it you just need to follow one of the two steps that we indicate on our “Track Your Orders” page.

 

What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order, if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, our merchants all over the world offer a shipping service that covers every nation. The only small thing is that some products, rarely, cannot be shipped to certain parts of the world.

 

What about possible custom fees?

We’re not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

The tracking number for my order stopped updating, what happened?

Your country’s customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!

Note: Canada’s customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country’s customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we’ll send you a replacement!

No, you don’t necessarily need an account to place an order. We have decided to do this in order to offer maximum experience and speed. We understand that many people want to do everything very fast.

How can I get in touch with you if I have any problem with my order?

For any problem, you can contact us using the methods described in our contact page. We will reply as soon as possible, within 24 hours at the latest.

 

What if I need to return something?

If anything arrives broken, unusable, or simply does not arrive at your home, no worries! Contact us right away and we’ll guide you through the process, we’ll reply to you within 24 hours span. That is our guarantee and gladly resend the product or refund the purchase according to what you prefer always having the product that you do not want back and the new shipping and/or refund will be made only after receiving the product.
