This lamp lighting fixture is composed of 34 laser cut interlocking pieces ready for quick and simple assembly. Glue can be used to reinforce the joints, but normally is not necessary.
The curvy surface of the shade is defined by uninterrupted vertical slats of steam-bent laminated birch.
Although large, the design is aesthetically light and airy as it can be seen through. The light's large ball-shaped skeleton ensures the design makes a grand statement but without demanding all of the attention or taking up all of the visual space in a room.
Made using only PEFC-certified birch grown in Central Finland means all lights' have a low carbon footprint. The surface finishes available are Black, White or Walnut Veneer. All lights are hand-made to order by craftspeople.
